دعائے مطالعہ
Nineteenth: In the book of Khulasat al-Adhkar too, this supplicatory prayer is reported to be said before reading (a book or the like):
اَللّٰهُمَّ اَخْرِجْنِىْ مِنْ ظُلُمَاتِ الْوَهْمِ
O Allah, (please) take me out of the murk of illusion
خدایا مجھے وہم کی ظلمتوں سے باہر نکال لے
وَ اَكْرِمْنِىْ بِنُوْرِ الْفَهْمِ
and honor me with the illumination of true understanding.
اور نور فہم سے سرفراز فرما،
اَللّٰهُمَّ افْتَحْ عَلَيْنَاۤ اَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
O Allah, (please) open before us the doors to Your mercy
میرے لیے رحمت کے دروازے کھول دے
وَانْشُرْ عَلَيْنَا خَزَاۤئِنَ عُلُوْمِكَ
and spread out on us the hoards of Your knowledge,
اور اپنے علوم کے خزانے نشر کردے
بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَاۤ اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ۔
in the name of Your mercy, O most merciful of all those who show mercy.
اپنی رحمت کے وسیلہ سے یا ارحم الراحمین۔
