آگ میں جلنے اور پانی میں ڈوبنے سے محفوظ رہنے کی دعا
Eleventh: According to a narration, Imam ‘Ali Amir al-Mu’minin (‘a) is reported to have advised of reciting these Qur’anic verses for security against burning and drowning:
إِنَّ وَلِيِّيَ اللهُ الَّذِىْ نَزَّلَ الْكِتَابَ
“Surely, my guardian is Allah Who revealed the Book
اللہ وہ ہے جس نے کتاب کو نازل کیا ہے
وَ هُوَ يَتَوَلَّى الصَّالِحِيْنَ
and He keeps the righteous people under His custody.”
اور وہی صالحین کا ولی اور سرپرست ہے۔
وَ مَا قَدَرُوْا اللّٰهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ
“And they have not honored Allah with the honor that is due to Him.
لوگوں نے اس کی قدر کو نہیں جانا
وَالْاَرْضُ جَمِيْعًا قَبْضَتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ
The whole earth shall be in His grip on the Resurrection Day
جب کہ ساری زمین روزِ قیامت اسی کے قبضے میں ہوگی۔
وَالسَّمٰوَاتُ مَطْوِيَّاتٌ بِيَمِيْنِهِ
and the heavens rolled up in His right hand.
آسمان اسی کی مٹّھی میں ہوں گے۔
سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالٰى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُوْنَ۔
Glory be to Him and may He be exalted above what they associate with Him.”
وہ خدائے بے نیاز ہے اور لوگوں کے شرک سے بلند و بالا ہے۔
