وضع حمل میں آسانی کا تعویذ
For women suffering from dystocia (i.e. difficult or abnormally painful childbirth), the following holy verses may be written on a parchment and tied to their right thigh. It must be untied after they give birth:
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
خدا کے نام سے جو بڑا رحم کرنے والا مہربان ہے
كَاَنَّهُمْ يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَ مَا يُوْعَدُوْنَ
On the day that they shall see what they are promised,
جب یہ لوگ وعدہ شدہ قیامت دیکھیں گے
لَمْ يَلْبَثُوْا اِلَّا سَاعَةً مِّنْ نَهَارٍ
they shall be as if they had not tarried save an hour of the day.
وہ سمجھیں گے کہ یہاں دن کا کچھ حصّہ رہے ہیں
كَاَنَّهُمْ يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَهَا
On the day that they see it,
جب وہ اس دن کو دیکھیں گے تو جانیں گے کہ
لَمْ يَلْبَثُوْا اِلَّا عَشِيَّةً اَوْ ضُحَاهَا
it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it.
یہاں ایک صبح و شام رہے ہیں
اِذْ قَالَتِ اَمْرَاَتُ عِمْرَانَ
When a woman of 'Imran said:
جب عمران کی زوجہ نے کہا کہ
رَبِّ اِنّى نَذَرْتُ لَكَ مَا فِىْ بَطْنِىْ مُحَرَّرًا
My Lord! Surely, I vow to You what is in my womb, to be devoted (to Your service);
پروردگارا! میرے پیٹ میں جو بچّہ ہے میں اُسے آزاد کرکے تیری نذر کرتی ہوں
فَتَقَبَّلْ مِنِّىْ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ السَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ۔
accept therefore from me. Surely, You are the Hearing, the Knowing.
پس میری طرف سے قبول فرما کہ بے شک تو سننے والا ہے۔
It is also reported that the following holy verse should be recited over women suffering from dystocia:
فَاَجَاۤئَهَا الْمَخَاضُ اِلٰى جِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ ۔۔ رُطْبًا جَنِيًّا۔
پھر وضع حمل کا وقت انہیں ایک کھجور کی شاخ کے قریب لے آیا ۔۔۔ اس سے تازہ تازہ خرمے گر پڑیں گے
The reciter should then raise the voice with the following holy verse and the statement following it:
وَاللّٰهُ اَخْرَجَكُمْ مِنْ بُطُوْنِ اُمَّهَاتِكُمْ
“And Allah has brought you forth from the wombs of your mothers;
اور اللہ ہی نے تمہیں شکم مادر سے اس طرح نکالا ہے
لَاتَعْلَمُوْنَ شَيْئًا
you did not know anything;
کہ تم کچھ نہیں جانتے تھے
وَ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَ الْاَبْصَارَ وَ الْاَفْئِدَةَ
and He gave you hearing, sight, and hearts
اور اسی نے تمہارے لئے کان آنکھ اور دل قرار دئیے ہیں
لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُوْنَ
that you may give thanks.”
کہ شاید تم شکر گزار بن جاؤ
كَذٰلِكَ اُخْرُجْ اَيُّهَا الطِّلْقُ
So, come out O throes.
اسی طرح پیٹ میں رہنے والے بچے
اُخْرُجْ بِاِذْنِ اللّٰهِ۔
Come out, by the permission of Allah.
تو حکمِ خدا سے باہر آجا
For easy childbirth, Imam al-Sadiq(a.s.) is reported to have advised of writing the following supplicatory prayer on a sheet of paper or a parchment:
اَللّٰهُمَّ فَارِجَ الْهَمِّ
O Allah, O reliever of agonies,
اے ہم و غم کو
وَ كَاشِفَ الْغَمِّ
dispeller of distresses,
دور کرنے والے
وَ رَحْمٰنَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْاٰخِرَةِ وَ رَحِيْمَهُمَا
and beneficent and merciful of this world and the Hereafter,
دنیا و آخرت میں رحم و کرم کرنے والے اس عورت پر
اِرْحَمْ۔
(please) have mercy upon...
مہربانی فرما،
You may now mention the woman’s name and her mother’s:
رَحْمَةً تُغْنِيْهَا بِهَا عَنْ رَّحْمَةِ جَمِيْعِ خَلْقِكَ
with such mercy that makes her dispense with the mercy of all of Your creatures,
ایسی مہربانی جس کے ذریعے وہ تمام مخلوقات کی مہربانی سے بے نیاز ہوجائے۔
تُفَرِّجُ بِهَا كُرْبَتَهَا
relieve her anguish,
خدایا اس کے رنج کو دور فرما،
وَ تَكْشِفُ بِهَا غَمَّهَا
repel her distress,
اس کے غم کا ازالہ فرما
وَ تُيَسِّرُ بِهَا وِلَادَتَهَا
and makes easy her childbirth.
اور اس کے لیے ولادت کو آسان کردے
وَ قُضِىَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَ هُمْ لَايُظْلَمُوْنَ
“And judgment shall be given between them with justice,
اللہ کا فیصلہ برحق ہے وہ کسی پر ظلم نہیں کرتا۔
وَ قِيْلَ الْحَمْدُلِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ۔
and it shall be said: All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.”
ساری حمد اللہ کے لیے ہے جو رب العالمین ہے۔
