پیٹ درد کا تعویذ
An all-inclusive supplicatory prayer is reported for curing of coughing. This lengthy supplicatory prayer, which is quoted from Bihar al-Anwar, Book of Supplicatory Prayers, begins with the following statement:
اَللّٰهُمَّ اَنْتَ رَجَاۤئِىْ
O Allah, You are my hope
اے معبود! تو ہی میری امید ہے
وَ اَنْتَ ثَقَتِىْ وَ عِمَادِىْ ۔۔۔
and You are my trust and reliance...
اور تو ہی میرا بھروسہ اور سہارا ہے۔۔۔
SUPPLICATORY AMULET AGAINST STOMACH PAINS
The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) is reported to have advised those who suffer from colic to mix honey with hot water and recite Surah al-Faatehah seven times on the mixture so as to seek Almighty Allah’s protection against the pains.
As to Imam Ali(a.s.), he is reported to have directed those who suffer from stomach pains to drink hot water and say the following supplicatory prayer:
يَا اَللهُ يَا اَللهُ يَا اَللهُ
O Allah! O Allah! O Allah!
یا اللہ یا اللہ یا اللہ
يَا رَحْمٰنُ يَا رَحِيْمُ
O All-beneficent! O All-merciful!
اے رحمٰن یا رحیم
يَا رَبَّ الْاَرْبَابِ
O Lord of all lords!
اے رب الارباب،
يَاۤ اِلٰهَ الْاٰلِهَةِ
O God of all gods!
اے تمام معبودوں کے معبود،
يَا مَلِكَ الْمُلُوْكِ
O King of all kings!
تمام بادشاہوں کے بادشاہ،
يَا سَيِّدَ السَّادَةِ
O Master of all masters!
تمام سرداروں کے سردار،
اشْفِنِىْ بِشِفَاۤئِكَ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاۤءٍ وَ سُقْمٍ
(Please) cure me, with Your cure, of all maladies and illnesses,
مجھے شفا دے دے ہر مرض سے ہر بیماری سے
فَاِنِّىْ عَبْدُكَ وَابْنُ عَبْدَيْكَ
for I am Your servant and the son of Your two servants
اس لیے کہ میں تیرا بندہ اور تیرے بندوں کا فرزند ہوں
اَتَقَلَّبُ فِىْ قَبْضَتِكَ۔
and I turn living under Your control.
اور ہر حال میں تیرے ہی قبضۂ قدرت میں ہوں۔
For a stomach pain or any other ailment, the sick is recommended to put his/her hand on the ailed place and repeat the following evil-repelling prayer:
اَعُوْذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللّٰهِ وَ جَلَالِهٖ
I pray the protection of Allah’s almightiness and majesty
پناہ لیتا ہوں خدا کی عزّت و جلالت کی
مِنْ شَرِّ مَا اَجِدُ۔
against the evil of what I feel.
اس درد سے جو مجھے لاحق ہے۔
بِسْمِ اللهِ۔
The sick may then put his/her right hand on the ailed place and repeat the following three times:
خدا کے نام سے
