والدین کے لئے فرزند کی نماز
The prayer for the parents is of two units. In the first unit, Surah al-Faatehah is recited once and the following supplicatory prayer is repeated ten times:
رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْلِىْ وَ لِوَالِدَىَّ وَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ يَوْمَ يَقُوْمُ الْحِسَابُ۔
O my Lord! (please) Forgive me and my parents and believers on the day when the account is cast.
پروردگارا! مجھے، میرے والدین اور مومنین کو بخش دے جب حساب کا دن آئے گا۔
In the second unit, Surah al-Faatehah is recited once and the following supplicatory prayer is repeated ten times:
رَبِّ اغْفِرْلِىْ وَ لِوَالِدَىَّ
O my Lord! (Please) forgive me and my parents
پروردگارا! مجھے میرے والدین کو
وَ لِمَنْ دَخَلَ بَيْتِىَ مُؤْمِنًا
and him who enters my house believing,
اور جو مومن میرے گھر آیا ہے اُسے بخش دے
وَّ لِلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ۔
and the believing men and the believing women
اور مومنین اور مومنات کو بھی
When the prayer is accomplished (by uttering the Taslim statement), the following supplicatory prayer is repeated ten times:
رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِىْ صَغِيْرًا۔
O my Lord! Have compassion on them, as they brought me up (when I was) little.
یا رب میرے والدین پر رحم فرما جیسے بچپن میں انہوں نے مجھے پالا۔
