ساتویں ساعت کی دعا
اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اَنْ تَفْعَلَ بِىْ كَذَا وَ كَذَا۔۔۔
(please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and...
تو محمدؐ و آل محمدؐ پر رحمت نازل فرما اور میرے مقاصد کو پورا کردے۔
The seventh hour, which is the space of time between the Noon Prayer and the amount of four units of prayer before afternoon, is dedicated to Imam Musa ibn Ja’far al-Kazim (a.s.). The supplication at this hour is as follows:
يَا مَنْ تَكَبَّرَ عَنِ الْاَوْهَامِ صُوْرَتُهُ
O He Whose Figure is too great above all illusions!
اے وہ خدا جس کی صورت اوہام سے بزرگ تر
يَا مَنْ تَعَالٰى عَنِ الصِّفَاتِ نُوْرُهُ
O He Whose Light is too elevated above attributes!
جس کے صفات کا نور بلند تر
يَا مَنْ قَرُبَ عِنْدَ دُعَاۤءِ خَلْقِهِ
O He Whose is Nigh when His creatures pray Him!
اور جو مخلوقات کی دعا میں ان کے قریب تر ہے۔
يَا مَنْ دَعَاهُ الْمُضْطَرُّوْنَ
O He Whom is supplicated by the distressed,
اے وہ خدا جس سے مضطر لوگ دعا کرتے ہیں
وَ لَجَاَ اِلَيْهِ الْخَاۤئِفُوْنَ
to Whom the afraid have recourse,
اور سدا اس کی پناہ میں آتے ہیں۔
وَ سَئَلَهُ الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ
asked by the believers,
مومنین اس سے سوال کرتے ہیں۔
وَ عَبَدَهُ الشَّاكِرُوْنَ
served by the thankful,
اس کے شاکر بندے،
وَ حَمِدَهُ الْمُخْلِصُوْنَ
and praised by the sincere!
اور مخلص بندے اس کی عبادت کرتے ہیں۔
اَسْئَلُكَ بِحَقِّ نُوْرِكَ الْمُضِيْىَّءِ
beseech You in the name of Your glowing light
خدایا تیرے روشن نور
وَ بِحَقِّ مُوْسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْكَ
and the regard of Musa, the son of Ja'far, with Youthrough whom I seek nearness to You
حضرت موسیٰؑ بن جعفرؑ کے حق کا واسطہ کہ
وَ اَتَقَرَّبُ بِهِ اِلَيْكَ
and I present him as my mediation for the settling of my needs,
جن کے ذریعہ سے میں تجھ سے قریب ہونا چاہتا ہوں
وَ اُقَدِّمُهُ بَيْنَ يَدَىْ حَوْاۤئِجِىْ
(please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and...
اور انھیں اپنی حاجتوں میں مقدّم کرتا ہوں،
اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اَنْ تَفْعَلَ بِىْ كَذَا وَ كَذَا۔۔۔
تو محمدؐ و آل محمدؐ پر رحمت نازل فرما اور میری حاجتوں کو پورا کر۔
