پانچویں ساعت کی دعا
The fifth hour of the day, which is the space of time between midday (zohr) and the amount of four units of prayer after midday (zohr), is dedicated to Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (a.s.). The supplication at this hour is as follows:
اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ الضِّيَاۤءِ وَالْعَظَمَةِ
O Allah, O Lord of brightness, greatness,
خدایا جو ضیاء و عظمت
وَالنُّوْرِ وَالْكِبْرِيَاۤءِ وَالسُّلْطَانِ
light, grandeur, and authority!
اور نور و کبریائی اور سلطنت کا مالک ہے۔
تَجَبَّرْتَ بِعَظَمَةِ بَهَاۤئِكَ
You have practiced omnipotence in the greatness of Your brilliance,
اپنی عظمت کی بناپر تو ہر شئی پر غالب ہے۔
وَ مَنَنْتَ عَلٰى عِبَادِكَ
conferred upon Your servants with the favor of Your kindness and mercy,
تو نے اپنے بندوں پر
بِرَاْفَتِكَ وَ رَحْمَتِكَ
showed them where Your pleasure lies,
اپنی رافت و رحمت سے احسان کیا ہے
وَ دَلَلْتَهُمْ عَلٰى مَوْجُوْدِ رِضَاكَ
and made for them a sign guiding them to Your love,
اور انھیں اپنی رضا کا راستہ بتایا ہے
وَ جَعَلْتَ لَهُمْ دَلِيْلًا يَّدُلُّهُمْ عَلٰى مَحَبَّتِكَ
teaching them the items that You love,
ان کے لیے وہ دلیل قرار دی ہے
وَ يُعَلِّمُهُمْ مَحَآبَّكَ
and showing them Your volition.
جو تیری حجّت کی طرف
وَ يَدُلُّهُمْ عَلٰى مَشِيَّتِكَ
O Allah, in the name of the regard of Muhammad, the son of 'Ali,
رہنمائی کرسکیں۔
اَللّٰهُمَّ فَبِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ
peace be upon both of them, with You, I beseech You
خدایا حضرت محمدؑ بن علی
عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ
and I present him as my mediation for the settling of my needs,
علیہم السلام کے واسطے سے،
وَ اُقَدِّمُهُ بَيْنَ يَدَىْ حَوَاۤئِجِىْ
(please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and...
میں انھیں اپنی حاجتوں کے لیے مقدّم کررہا ہوں۔
You may now mention your needs.
اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اۤلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اَنْ تَفْعَلَ بِىْ كَذَا وَ كَذَا۔۔
تو محمدؐ و آل محمدؐ پر رحمت نازل فرما اور میرے مقاصد کو پورا کردے۔
