قید خانہ سے آزادی کی دعا
In Muhaj al-Da’awat, Sayyid Ibn Tawus has narrated that a man who had been imprisoned in Syria for a long time saw in dream Lady Fatimah al-Zahra’ teaching him to say the following supplicatory prayer. When the man did, he was set free and thus he could return home:
اَللّٰهُمَّ بِحَقِّ الْعَرْشِ وَمَنْ عَلَاهُ
O Allah, (I beseech You) in the name of the Throne and Him Who has ascended it,
خدایا عرش اور صاحبِ عرش کا واسطہ،
وَبِحَقِّ الْوَحْىِ وَمَنْ اَوْحَاهُ
the Revelation and Him Who has revealed it,
وحی اور وحی نازل کرنے والے کے حق کا واسطہ،
وَبِحَقِّ النَّبِىِّ وَمَنْ نَبَّاَهُ
the Prophet and Him Who has chosen him for Prophethood,
پیغمبر اسلامؐ اور ان کو پیغمبرؐ بنانے والے کے حق کا واسطہ،
وَبِحَقِّ الْبَيْتِ وَمَنْ بَنَاهُ
and the House and Him Who has built it.
خانۂ کعبہ اور اس کے معمار کا واسطہ،
يَا سَامِعَ كُلِّ صَوْتٍ
O Hearer of all sounds!
اے ہر آواز کے سننے والے،
يَا جَامِعَ كُلِّ فَوْتٍ
O He Who takes precedence over everything that passes away!
ہر گمشدہ کے جمع کرنے والے،
يَا بارِئَ النُّفُوْسِ بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ
O He Who revives all souls after death!
موت کے بعد زندگی دینے والے،
صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ
(Please do) send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of him
محمدؐ و آل محمدؐ پر رحمت نازل فرما
واٰتِنَا وَجَمِيْعَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ
and grant us, as well as all the believing men and women
اور ہمیں اور تمام مومنین و مومنات کو
فِىْ مَشَارِقِ الْاَرْضِ وَمَغَارِبِهَا
in the east and west of the earth,
شرق وغرب عالم میں
فَرَجًا مِنْ عِنْدِكَ عَاجِلًا
a relief from You that is immediate,
کشایشِ حال فوراً عطا فرما۔
بِشَهَادَةِ اَنْ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ
by the creed that there is no god save Allah
تجھے واسطہ لا الہ الا اللہ
وَاَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُوْلُكَ
and that Muhammad is Your servant and Messenger-
اور محمدؐ رسول اللہ کی شہادت کا۔
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهِ
may Allah’s blessings be upon him, his Household,
تیری رحمت پیغمبر
وَعَلٰى ذُرِّيَّتِهِ الطَّيِّبِيْنَ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ
and his progeny; the infallible and pure,
اور ان کی آل طیبین و طاہرین پر
وَسَلَّمَ تَسْلِيْمًا كَثِيْرًا۔
and may His thorough peace be upon them.
اور ان سب پر تیرا بے حساب سلام۔
