دعائے یا من کبس الارض
Al-Kaf’ami, in his book entitled al-Misbah, has mentioned that whoever is diseased, may rub over the place of his prostration (in prayers) with his hand and then rub the ailed organ after each obligatory prayer seven times. He may then say the following supplicatory prayer:
يَا مَنْ كَبَسَ الْاَرْضَ عَلَى الْمَاۤءِ
O He Who has pressed the earth on water,
اے وہ خدا جس نے زمین کو پانی پر روکا،
وَ سَدَّ الْهَوَاۤءَ بِالسَّمَاۤءِ
blocked the air with the sky,
اور آسمانوں کے ذریعہ ہوا کو روک دیا
وَاخْتَارَ لِنَفْسِهِ اَحْسَنَ الْاَسْمَاۤءِ
and chose for Himself the most excellent of all names,
اپنے نئے بہترین ناموں کا انتخاب کیا
صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
(please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,
اب محمد و آل محمد پر رحمت نازل فرما
وَّافْعَلْ بِىْ
do to me...
اور میرے مقاصد کو پورا فرما۔
كَذَا وَ كَذَا وَ ارْزُقْنِىْ وَ عَافِنِىْ مِنْ كَذَا وَ كَذَا۔
grant me sustenance, and cure me of...
میری یہ حاجات پوری کر اور مجھے اس بیماری سے صحت و سلامتی عطا فرما۔
