رنجیدہ، پریشان حال، محزون كی دعا
Shaykh al-Kaf’ami, in al-Balad al-Amin, has mentioned a supplicatory prayer that is reported from Imam AliAmeer al-Momineen(a.s.) saying that no grief-stricken, worried, depressed, distressed, or aggrieved person recites it but that Almighty Allah will certainly take the edge off him. This supplication is as follows:
يَا عِمَادَ مَنْ لَا عِمَادَ لَهُ
O Support of him who lacks support!
اے وہ جو ہر بے سہارے کا سہارا،
وَ يَا ذُخْرَ مَنْ لَا ذُخْرَ لَهُ
O Hoard of him who lacks hoard!
ہر بے ذخیرہ کا ذخیرہ،
وَيَا سَنَدَ مَنْ لَا سَنَدَ لَهُ
O Prop of him who lacks prop!
ہر بے سند کے لیے سند،
وَيَا حِرْزَ مَنْ لَا حِرْزَ لَهُ
O Shelter of him who lacks shelter!
ہر بت پناہ کے لیے پناہ گاہ،
وَيَا غِيَاثَ مَنْ لَا غِيَاثَ لَهُ
O Aid of him who is aidless!
ہر بے وسیلہ کے لیے فریاد رس،
وَيَا كَنْزَ مَنْ لَا كَنْزَ لَهُ
O Treasure of him who has no treasure!
ہر خالی ہاتھ کے لیے خزانہ
وَيَا عِزَّ مَنْ لَا عِزَّ لَهُ
O Might of him who wants might!
اور ہر کمزور کے لیے عزّت ہے۔
يَا كَرِيْمَ الْعَفْوِ
O He Who pardons generously!
اے بہترین معاف کرنے والے
يَا حَسَنَ التَّجَاوُزِ
O He Who overlooks excellently!
اور بہترین درگذر کرنے والے
يَا عَوْنَ الضُّعَفاۤءِ
O Helper of the weak!
اے کمزوروں کے مددگار،
يَا كَنْزَ الْفُقَرَاۤءِ
O Treasure of the poor!
اے فقیروں کے خزانے،
يَا عَظِيْمَ الرِّجَاۤءِ
O He Who is greatly hoped!
اے عظیم مر کز امید،
يَا مُنْقِذَ الْغَرْقٰى
O Savior of the drowned!
اے ڈوبنے والوں کو بچانے والے،
يَا مُنْجِىَ الْهَلْكٰى
O Rescuer of the perishing!
ہلاک ہونے والوں کو نجات دینے والے،
يَا مُحْسِنُ، يَا مُجْمِلُ
O All-munificent! O All- benign!
بہترین برتاؤ کرنے والے، احسان کرنے والے،
يَا مُنْعِمُ يَا مُفْضِلُ
O All-gracious! O All-benevolent!
نعمت دینے والے، فضل و کرم کرنے والے
اَنْتَ الَّذِىْ سَجَدَ لَكَ سَوَادُ اللَّيْلِ وَنُوْرُ النَّهَارِ
It is You alone before Whom the darkness of night has prostrated. So have the light of day,
تو ہی وہ ہے جس کے سامنے سبھی سجدہ ریز ہیں، رات کی سیاہی، دن کی روشنی،
وَضَوْءُ الْقَمَرِ وَشُعَاعُ الشَّمْسِ
the brightness of the moon, the radiance of the sun,
قمر کی ضوء، آفتاب کی شعاع،
وَحَفِيْفُ الشَّجَرِ وَدَوِىُّ الْمَاۤءِ
the rustle of trees, and the murmur of water.
درختوں کی آوازیں اور پانی کا زمزمہ۔
يَاۤ اَللهُ يَاۤ اَللهُ يَاۤ اَللهُ
O Allah! O Allah! O Allah!
اے اللہ اے اللہ اے اللہ
لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
There is no god save You;
تیرے علاوہ کوئی خدا نہیں ہے۔
وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَكَ
You are the One and Only without having any partner.
تو اکیلا ہے۔ تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں ہے۔
يَا رَبَّاهُ يَاۤ اَللهُ
O my Lord! O Allah!
اے پروردگار، اے اللہ
صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
(Please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad
محمدؐ و آل محمدؐ پر رحمت نازل فرما
وَافْعَلْ بِنَا مَا اَنْتَ اَهْلُهُ۔
and do to us all that which suits You.
اور ہمارے ساتھ وہ برتاؤ کرنا جس کا تو اہل ہے۔
You may then mention your personal needs.
It is worth mentioning that the following supplicatory prayer is reported from Imam Muhammad al-Jawad(a.s.) who said that if it is recited regularly, it achieves relief and releases from grief and ordeals:
يَا مَنْ يَكْفِىْ مِنْ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ
O He Who protects against all things
اے وہ پروردگار جو ہر شے کےلئے کافی ہے
وَلَا يَكْفِىْ مِنْهُ شَىْءٌ
while nothing can ever stand against Him,
اور اس سے کوئی شے کافی نہیں ہے۔
اِكْفِنِىْ مَاۤ اَهَمَّنِىْ
(please do) save me from that which has aggrieved me.
تو میرے لئے ہر اہم امر میں کافی ہو جا۔
